buying, sourcing and supply chain activities. A comprehensive review of all existing
processes takes place, followed by a written report detailing specific needs
and requirements.
- Product Standards –R N SOLUTIONS
determines and develops appropriate product quality standards and specifications,
identifying acceptable minimum requirements. Environmental needs, best manufacturing
practice and specific packaging requirements are also identified, with all proposals
being documented.
Testing & Inspection – R
N SOLUTIONS identifies, develops and implements third party testing and inspection
support where necessary, ensuring risk of overseas product sourcing is minimised.
Working with approved testing and inspection agencies, practical, cost effective
solutions are developed, that adequately determine the quality status of goods
at pre-shipment inspection stage.
- QA Effectiveness – R N SOLUTIONS reviews effectiveness
of existing quality management systems, recommending procedural improvements
and resource requirements of retailers, importers and manufacturers. Proposals
are detailed in writing, and assistance and advice on organisational restructuring
