How We Work
R N SOLUTIONS is dedicated to providing cost effective Product Quality & Sourcing
solutions to businesses, without adding to the complexity and bureaucracy of
corporate life. Therefore, a simple 4 stage plan has been created to provide
tailored help and support when required, so that projects can be initiated at
extremely short notice.
- Stage 1 – Free initial UK consultation to define
and agree project brief, determining the scope of the work and approximate timescales.
- Stage 2 – R N SOLUTIONS prepares written brief and
scope of the project, highlighting short term priorities and timescales for each
stage of the project, detailing frequency and style of progress reporting.
- Stage 3 – Client confirms agreement to the project
brief, and/or suggests amendments to the draft, committing to timescales and
payment terms in writing.
- Stage 4 – Client pays agreed deposit to R N SOLUTIONS,
and work commences on agreed terms and timescales.
